this is bizarre. I do not see how just blocking a user isnt a sufficient form of moderation for party chat harassment, why would you need to bring in sony to the mix of this??

If you're egregiously violating their guidelines I would want Sony to be involved. I shouldn't have to block every racist bully I come across. The racist bully should be removed from the platform after a warning or two.

Ehhh Id rather take the trade-off of just manually blocking than Sony taking a big brother approach. You may have a higher sensitivity to harmful words though. I think that having Sony intervene on every instance of a troll on a platform targeting young adult demographic is going to be a fairly tall task.
