Having seen exit packages for director/ executive level individuals at a successful startup even, there’s a lot that doesn’t make sense. Early employees work really hard and are rarely promoted to important positions internally. I’ve seen equity turn out well. It obviously can. And being open to those opportunities that might change your life can be valuable. But most likely it won’t - be an investor, do due diligence and make sure it’s really a rocket |
