can you offer more detail on director/exec startup comp please? not something we get to see often. even a range would be nice

$20 million for 2 years of being with the company as cto $3m for the earliest employees that had been there 6 years. for all the other engineers, a down payment on a nice house ~$300-500k for 4 years.
