Asking good questions absolutely - asking generic questions that can be googled in less than five minutes shows that you either can't search and solve problema on your own or don't respect my time. Also a confused guy stopping meetings is the worst - taking time out of the entire team who now has to listen to stuff they already understand explained again. You are part of the reason why people are scared to speak up and ask "stupid" questions, and I feel like that ends up being a net negative.
