I am a majority shareholder in and CEO of two US based businesses. I run them remotely from the UK. Total 2018 revenue will be 450k. What are my options if I want to move to the US?
Are they us based, or are they uk based with majority us sales, revenue etc.
Probably the former, but just in case, the e1 visa is a good option for anyone abroad who mainly sells to the us.
It's for companies with more than 50% of their trade in the US. You can get a visa with that to do business in the US. Mentioning for anyone reading who may be in a similar situation.
