Are they us based, or are they uk based with majority us sales, revenue etc. Probably the former, but just in case, the e1 visa is a good option for anyone abroad who mainly sells to the us. It's for companies with more than 50% of their trade in the US. You can get a visa with that to do business in the US. Mentioning for anyone reading who may be in a similar situation. |
