Big fan of meditation and fasting, but my other routines as well include:

Pre-planning what I will eat for an entire week so I don't have to think about it daily

Daily exercise stretch with the routine pre planned.

I love pre planning a routine on a weekly basis that I feel will maximize my time, and I love the feeling of nailing that routine

I wan't to try fasting, what material do you recommend to get into it?
It’s pretty simple: you don’t eat.
Or drink...if you want to triple the effectiveness of a fast, not drinking will do this.
