> CBT Yes, good. > don’t nap I think the authors insomnia may have been more of a disturbed sleep schedule & I would consider “sufficient sleep but not in a single nightly 7ish hour block” to be different to insomnia. Pedantic blah blah insomnia refers to irreversible awakenings not simply trouble falling asleep blah blah. |
