I easily find affordable housing in and around Seattle via Zillow. What are you expecting exactly that's not already out there?

I am not in the Seattle area. From what I have read, there is a long standing and growing shortage of genuinely affordable housing nationwide.

Though I am curious as to what you think of as "affordable" in Seattle. Care to provide some examples?
