I am not in the Seattle area. From what I have read, there is a long standing and growing shortage of genuinely affordable housing nationwide.

Though I am curious as to what you think of as "affordable" in Seattle. Care to provide some examples?

You can find plenty of examples on Zillow.com and craigslist. What would you consider affordable with a 15$/hour minimum wage?
