Do we want to live in a world where we have to actually read things like Apple's terms and conditions instead of just clicking I agree?? Only trivial stuff should be in fine print imo. Something concerning the charging of your credit card should be clearly visible. From reading the link below to the JustFab investor though it doesn't really seem like they are intentionally being that deceptive but idk |

A bit offtopic (or not): One of the major differences (if not THE) between western and eastern (Chinese influenced) is about conversation. In western civilization the speaker is obliged to make himself clear and understood by the listener. In Chinese culture it is the opposite - the listener has the obligation to discern the meaning of what is said. Both have pros and cons.
