Basically everything in Steve Blank's Four Steps to the Epiphany (another phrase for this is "business development") If there is someone you are considering for a co-founder role, tell them to get the book and read it. If they get the book and read it and come back a week later saying "holy shit lets get started", then you've found your non-technical co-founder. If they complain about having to get a book and read it, you can forget them, they are wrong for the job. |
