Is Gogo vs Boingo basically business vs consumer? Or..?

I just realized I never realized they were different, since the name is so similar.

I believe so. Boingo is also used on the Washington state ferries. Its horrible - looking at $16 for internet for a (up to) 30 minute ferry ride.

I believe Boingo has hotspots on the ground only.
