The article mentions hygiene in passing, even though it seems like the Hygiene hypothesis (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hygiene_hypothesis) deserves at least a paragraph. I'm not claiming that the Hygiene hypothesis is true -- we clearly don't know that. But I think it definitely deserves further consideration. |
