I'm disappointed if only because the oral argument for a case like this may have been fascinating - what do the supreme court justices have to say about things computer science? It might turn out like the violent video game ban case from a few years back, when Justice Kagan quipped that she (or rather, he clerks) were familiar with games such as Mortal Kombat. Perhaps she, or her clerks, may also have some experience with Java?
