You might be right--that would definitely help people get further into the flow before the high-friction "payment" step. (If I went the "pay to view report" route I'd obviously have to be super upfront about it; wouldn't want there to be an unpleasant surprise for people at the end of the flow). One other thing I thought about was maybe making the service free for phishing up to N people. |
