Problem with 'ECC521' is that Google have all but killed P-521 support in Chrome. https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=478225

Mozilla are considering doing this also. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1128792

This is not just browser support -- its TLS library support.
