I think at the moment all or nearly 100% of the staff (definitely 100% of the technical staff) are TAs and are already putting in overtime just teaching the cohorts, working on the curriculum, working on the software that manages the classes and being involved in the job searches. The class sizes in both locations are growing quickly (the NY office has had to move 3 times already and looks to have to move again) - I do not know where they would find the time. |
