This is so absolutely true. After a long day of using my left brain the only thing I feel like doing is playing some guitar. I've only learned a few chords and bought a cheap one off Amazon, but it is simply wonderful. I would add to your metaphors and say, it feels like walking downhill after a long day of walking up hill - totally different muscles - all in my brain. |
