I felt the same way. Bought a license for 2, then for 3. Then immediately watched a lack of updates for nearly a year (or any of substance). But the 3 "dev" channel is pretty active currently: http://www.sublimetext.com/3dev None of that changes your point, that you're still at the mercy / whim of a developer. |
