I'm using Spreedly; they have a Kickstart program going on which freezes fees at the lesser of 1%/10¢ per transaction, and no monthly fee.

If my math is correct, that makes it cheaper than all except Cheddargetter until 50,000 customers.

If I'm not mistaken, the kickstart is a limited offer and costs you $699 up front. That's difficult to swallow for most bootstrapped startups.
