I'm seeing a disconnect alright, but it's from the article and your comment. In no way did I interpret that article as saying "the 4-day work week doesn't work." Although, if you're working on the 5th day, it's not really a four day work week. My Fridays at my regular job are almost as relaxed. |

For example: writing a blog post might be work for someone, side-projects can be done for business purposes or for just hobby etc.
What I try to do is things that interest me and get joy out of it.
