The helmet is no more a hindrance than a seatbelt. If you choose not to wear a helmet so be it, you are an adult. But don't expect me to pay for your medical bills if you have a head injury while cycling and you were not wearing helmet. I also have to wonder if the increased neck injuries cited go back to when helmets were not designed to skid when impacting the ground. |
