If we accept the premise of Reddit not as a forum, but as a host, perhaps a more apt analogy would be other hosts. For example, both AWS (http://aws.amazon.com/aup/) and Google (https://cloud.google.com/terms/aup) have very broad acceptable usage policies that allow for doing anything deemed legal by US law. |
