No, you don't get it, how else are people supposed to exchange ideas and make the synergy and lots of the serendipity if they aren't thrown into a room with a bunch of cafeteria tables? It's not like people have other ways of communicating these days. <-- That is sarcasm HN. I'm right there with you jmspring. I would not be happy in that environment and I happily pass on each and every company with floor plans that would make my job harder. |
