My approach with TrueJob to solve this is allowing employers and job seekers to favorite or block almost anything about each other. Employers get back anonymous analytics as to how to improve their job postings, and job seekers get back anonymous analytics as to how to improve their resume. It seems to work pretty well so far, but there's a lot more to be done in the job space -- the lack of transparency and information can cause a lot of frustrations for both employers and job seekers. |
