Yup.

You'll want to add something in the lines of

xsetwacom set "Wacom Serial Penabled 1FG Touchscreen touch" Area 104 26074 115 16374

for proper calibration to your .xinitrc (as it doesn't survive reboots). As always, RTFM ;-)
