The biggest problem with this headline is that it suggests that the hyperloop is "getting" a test track. When the actual situation appears to be that the hyperloop is getting a plan for a test track that is heavily contingent on highly speculative funding. If it actually had a test track, then most of the discussion in these comments could be obviated. |
