Yes it's pretty ridiculous how well they've hidden one of the best perks of the subscription. I only know about it because I was enrolled in a previous version of the program that advertised the Azure credits a lot more prominently. Their marketing in general is sorely lacking seeing as how few of the people who would benefit from it actually know about it. For anyone else wondering, I managed to find it mentioned on this page (deeply hidden under "Microsoft Action Pack – cloud and on-premises Internal Use Rights licenses" accordion, under the "Management" section in the dropdown, under the "Cloud Services" heading): https://mspartner.microsoft.com/en/us/pages/membership/inter...
