Recruiters come in waves, I may have zero recruiters for two months then have 4-5 in a week. So sometimes its flattering after the 3rd or 4th of things that barely fit, its just "What do you want?" The only recruiters I ever reply to are ones that state the company that they are representing. They tend to be local and actually trying. |
