Looks nice. The account auto-creation is neat. I didn't see an option to change the auto-generated account name (such as a35) to something of my choice.

The Preference checkboxes at the bottom of /settings.php don't appear correctly on Chrome.

You should receive a message at the top of your list if you have an auto-created list. I'll do some testing on chrome, thanks!
