See a professional and do what they say. It can take years to get sorted out, so don't expect it to work quickly. In the meanwhile, exercise routinely, get outside and get sunlight, force yourself to hangout with people and do activities. Find thing you like to do that aren't your day-to-day life and do them and enjoy them. Build positive feedback loops in your life so you always have things to look forward to. There's no quick solution, only retraining yourself to understand how valuable and important you are to your world. |
