The Blub paradox is instructive. It's hard to know what's good about a language or specialty if you don't understand it. So: learn PHP, learn virtualization, learn lisp, Forth, VB, C++, ML algorithms, statistics...the list goes on. Don't forget to learn the business side; basic managerial accounting, how to sell, how to manage, etc. And then, of course, have a life, too. |
