Ask HN: CMS+eCommerce+CRM for a small ISV

We are a small ISV in the BtoB market. We need a global, centralized solution that includes: Web site, online order, customer differentiation (corporates, resellers, education…), electronic delivery, invoices and quotations, selective emailing, support ticket system, basic statistics. Currently we only sell perpetual licenses but subscription is planned. We consider several solutions: Orchard+MS CRM, Drupal, Odoo, in-house development… But no clear winner. We are a DotNet shop but open to PHP and Python. We think we are missing something obvious, because our needs seem rather common those days. What is your experience/advice? |
