I was/am in a very similar situation. My suggestion to you is to take a break, analyze and record what went wrong, and led someone else take the lead for a while (find a position elsewhere). When you're ready, start another company and don't make the same mistakes twice. It's okay to fail - the majority of us do. However, if you keep trying you'll get better and limit your risk of failure. |
