I've personally never seen anyone highlight this as a diversity issue Yes, this always comes up in these discussions, and as is always pointed out, you haven't heard of it because you aren't in that industry and you haven't done even a cursory google search of the topic. Seriously, there are a ton of efforts to bring better diversity to the nursing field. |
