0.1% – 0.5% Equity ABOUT YOU * 1-3 years of software development at a high-growth technology company * BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent hacking experience * A passion for delivering great user experiences and working through complex problems * Strong experience with Ruby on Rails (ideal candidate) * Ideally experience with major Javascript framework such as: Ember, AngularJS * Preferred proficiency with relational databases, comfortable dabbling in both front-end and back-end tasks.
