I agree with everything you said, but I found most disturbing in the article was: "You can make a sneaker equally well in many parts of the world, but you can’t sell it for $300 unless you’ve built a story around it." So when Beats®, Monster Cable® and Bose® trick the weak-minded into overpaying for commodity products, that is a good thing?
