This has been done before. An R Gnumeric plugin is a thing, and there's been Excel plugins before as well. I personally use R Studio and see no reason why I'd prefer a spreadsheet, R Studio does let you see a table representation of data anyway, and can very easily import spreadsheets and manipulate them. |
