Printing from top to down from a plate is a much better approach because it works faster. The whole layer can then cure instead of only a single point. This seems to be the main difference to conventional 3d printers. The website is inaccurate in some aspects but this new top down approach could change the 3D printing industry. Maybe it could also make 3d printers cheaper because less mechanical parts are needed. |
