Im surprised so few of the comments deal with disabled people or old people or people who cant walk much for injury or other reason. We cant make elitist cities. As I get older and my knees worse I really appreciate those who have to struggle. I love walking but its getting harder and harder. Saying that Id love to get rid of most cars or make em all electric. I train to work and its nicer than driving and Id bike if it was remotely safe but its psycho to bike in Australia.
