I'm sorry to hear that GitLab didn't seem to work with multiple requests. The way to resolve this is to configure multiple unicorn workers, please see https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/omnibus-gitlab/blob/master/doc...

On GitLab.com we have 20+ unicorn workers that handle over 30k monthly active users.
