To be fair, the agreement is clear that it only applies to 'confidential information' as opposed to reviews or things you create (and as opposed to feedback "provided to Amazon", which they own). But 'confidential information' is not defined in the agreement, and without expiration, I'd still be nervous. Perhaps I overworry. |
