Legal action is far too time consuming and expensive, writing to the FTC or BBB is completely worthless as it will do absolutely nothing, and online reviews are limited in their ability to do anything, and might not have any impact. A chargeback is simple, easy, and fast. And it puts the onus on the merchant to prove they didn't do anything wrong. |
