I've worked with ciphers before so I'm familiar with the concept. Coming up with the application was easy and short, but making a write-up / documentation was the time consuming part.

The write-up took about two hours which I then used as a script for my video. The video took 1.38 hours not because I was slow to explain things, but it was just a lengthy topic.
