Don't touch it. Any decent investor would give the intro to the other company in any case if they thought there was mutual benefit to both parties. I'm assuming the investor is not a regular tech investor given their behaviour, but if you really want the intro you can always say you'd be happy to take the intro after they've invested in you (i.e. at which point they'd be included in the upside anyway). But you might want to think twice about including an inexperienced (or possibly shady) investor in your round. |
