Never sign such sweeping NDAs like this. I've had jobs try to get me to sign such and I won't sign them in a direct hire scenario either. As it is written if you talk about an idea with them and think of something good in the process, they could claim that you cannot leave them and pursue that idea on your own.

Also beware the "this negates all previous agreements". Anything they have said to you so far would be nullified by this agreement. This is, imo, a trick to try to escape from previous claims of what is acceptable.
