NDAs are not valid for any information available publicly so if this is accurate : there wasn't (almost) anything that isn't already public information. then only the part covered in the 'almost' exception there is actually covered by the NDA (always useful to document the other sources of information though, should a lawyer come knocking). That said, if you have a bad feeling about these guys then walk away. That is always solid advice. |
