I started with a "7 Day Free Trial" and changed it to offer a "30 Day Money Back Guarantee" instead. I don't have enough customers (nor have I been around long enough) for my numbers to be statistically significant, but I haven't seen a decrease in paid signups.

I use both right now, 14 Day free trial and "30 Day Money Back Guarantee", I'm looking for a way to increase my "Visitors to Trial" conversion rate, it's below 5% at the moment and I'd love to bring it to 5%+ . I think I can keep myTrial to Paid signups conversion rate high, so the first place to optimize is the number of people signing up for the trial the trial.
