They've been long overdue for an overhaul. Remember when Ford kept saying, "Quality is Job #1" yet nothing they did seem to reflect that? It seems to be just like that. Yeah it sucks that they became and still are the fast food scapegoat, but it really should have been a wake-up call for them |
